1. Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax on orders shipped to locations in New York, as required by law.

2. How private is the information that I provide to you?

One of our most significant responsibilities to our customers is maintaining their privacy. Therefore, modaSac has employed strict policies regarding your privacy. Personal information is collected and used primarily for such purposes as, for example, facilitating purchases online. In particular, a user is shipping and billing addresses are used for fulfilling orders and for billing the user's credit card. Please read our Privacy Policy.

3. Do you take orders offline?

Yes, we do. You can place your orders by calling our sales office at (646) 326-9650.

4. What if I do not want to place an order using my credit card?

You can place your orders by sending us a money order. Once you select your item, continue with the normal procedure of checkout. When you get to your order summary, print this page and send it to our sales office along with the money order payable to modaSac. Our Sales office address is:

5. How safe is it to use my credit card on your website?

At modaSac, we thrive to provide you with the safest means of processing transactions. We use industry-standard, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Anytime you enter a credit card number, we transmit that credit card number in an encrypted format.

6. How secure is your website?

Once we receive your transmition, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our system. While we are dedicated to offering the highest level of security possible, No data transmition over the internet is guaranteed to be 100% secure. modaSac cannot warrant or ensure the security of any information you transmit to us from our website, and you do so at your own risk. Please read our Security Policy.

7. Where do you ship your items?

modaSac ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, and selected international countries. You can view the list of the countries when entering your shipping address in our check out process. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

8. How long does it take to receive a shipment?

Delivery dates are based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Any order placed after 3:00 pm EST, will be shipped the following business day.

9. Will you ship an item as a gift to a friend?

Absolutely. Simply enter the shipping address of the recipient when you check out. Be sure to enter your own address in the "Billing Address" section if paying by credit card. You have the option of having your item beautifully gift-wrapped for a fee of $6.00 per item.

We can also include a gift card with your shipment. Simply enter the gift card text in the "Gift Message" field when checking out. There is no charge for a Gift card. Please note that we can display up to three lines of text, with about 30 characters per line. When you specify a shipment as a gift, we do not include the sales receipt in the package.

Please note that you cannot order gifts for multiple addresses in one order. Our shopping cart can only handle one shipping address per order. You can place as many orders as you like, with different shipping addresses for each order.

10. What are your shipping methods?

UPS is our preferred carrier. Our shipments are subject to UPS standards, regulations, and delivery limitations.

11. What are my shipping options?

For orders shipped within the U.S., our shipping methods are as follows:


Standard Shipping (3 to 7 Business Days)

Two-Day Shipping (2 Business Days)

One-Day Shipping (1 Business Day)

Canada

International (Outside US)

All international orders, including Canada, are shipped Standard. These orders may take longer than the number of days noted above.

12. What about customs and duty fees for international orders?

Orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes and customs once the item reaches your country. modaSac cannot predict what these fees may be. Please note that you are responsible for customs charges and customs clearance.

13. Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

14. How do I track my order?

Once you receive your tracking number from us, go to Order Information screen, click on Order Tracking. This link takes to UPS tracking system screen from where you can enter your tracking number and get a status of your shipment.

15. Can I return an item for any reason?

At modaSac, we pride ourselves on keeping our customers satisfied with our merchandise. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. All returned items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping.

We are unable to accept returns on used, damaged or merchandise returned more than 30 days after delivery. Please do not send us items that do not meet these conditions, as we cannot issue refunds for non-qualifying merchandise and cannot return the merchandise to you.

16. What if you do not have the item in your stock?

Send us an email to sales@modasac.com and we will send you a notification as to when we are expecting to supply the item.

17. How do I modify my order?

If you have already checked out your items, before you complete your order, you can click on 'modify' buttons to change your item, your payment method, shipping method and so forth.

18. How do I sign on or register as a new customer?

If you are not a member, click on 'Register' and follow the instructions. Please note that you do not need to be a member to shop at our store. Membership is intended to give you a quicker shopping experience. Once you become a member, you do not need to enter certain information such as your shipping and billing address every time you shop with us.

19. What do I need to do if I forget my Password?

To retrieve your handbag order, Enter your email address and click on submit. Your clothing shop password will be emailed to you shortly.
